This video above is a demo of the Darebee Upper body workout for our MBS Ospreys this week.
Updated Directions:
3rd Grade= Try to do 2 - 3 sets
4th Grade=Try to do 4 sets. If you are struggling do 3 sets instead.
5th Grade= Try to do 4 to 5 sets. If you are struggling do 3 sets instead.
You can also work on this workout throughout the week. Spread out your workouts as needed.
