Week 2 PE Lesson Lower body workout



Here is the week 2 PE lesson. This week we are focusing on the lower body. We many different kinds of learners at MBS. Some people need videos to help them learn. If this is how you learn then you will want to watch the video above. If pictures and words work best for you click on the link below. When you click on the link below it will take you to a mini demo of the workout with descriptions on how to perform the different exercises.This week the workout is set to a Tabata style workout. This means you are going to be working through each movement for 40 seconds then resting for 20 seconds before moving into the next movement. Try to do 3 sets of the workout. If you are unable to do all your sets at once feel free to work on this workout throughout the week.
